Supreme Court Grants Cert. Petition in Snyder v. United States

There is a circuit split on whether 18 U.S.C. Section 666 prohibits bribes alone or bribes and gratuities. We recently discussed it here. Yesterday the Supreme Court finally decided to resolve that split, granting the petition for writ of certiorari in Snyder v. United States.
