Not Guilty After Trial - Former Boeing Pilot

Many accused of crimes do not take the risk of going to trial - they take a plea agreement. Our legal system has become more and more a system of pleas, with fewer trials, especially in the white collar area. But occasionally someone takes that risk, and is found not guilty.  That happened this week in the case of a former Boeing pilot accused of four counts of wire fraud.  Hats off to attorneys David Gerger and  Jeff Kearney.
