I am having a hard time dismissing the irony of a baseball player (Roger Clemens) being held accountable for possible lies told to a group of people (Congress) who lie (campaign promises) out of habit. It would be hysterical if it wasn’t so tragic.
I don’t know what bothers me more; the fact that Roger Clemens, a baseball player, is being held to a higher standard of truthfulness than the people (Congress) that are responsible for and control the rules regarding; war, nuclear energy, nuclear weapons, health care, interest rates, the borders, public school standards, the military, weapons, space exploration, highway safety, oil exploration, etc. OR the fact that the American electorate tolerates this insane and obvious hypocrisy. The tables should be turned. By design, our eyes are once again…off the ball.

So far they haven't found if the McNamee's evidence is valid yet or not. Also they give Mcnamee full immunity for injecting the steroids. So far this whole indictment is seems pretty farce to me. We will have to see how it pans out in court.
