McGuireWoods’ Skip Fox Named President of American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

ACTEC is a nonprofit organization comprised of over 2,600 trust and estate lawyers who may become members only through election by their peers. Fox is now the third lawyer from McGuireWoods to hold this esteemed title in the past fifteen years. Fox commented on his new post: “ACTEC plays a vital role in promoting the effective administration of trust and estate law and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. It is a tremendous privilege to serve as ACTEC’s president and to follow Ron and Dennis in continuing McGuireWoods’ proud tradition of leadership.”
