Michael D. Mulligan Inducted Into The National Association Of Estate Planners & Councils Estate Planning Hall Of Fame

Michael d. mulliganMichael D. Mulligan has recently had the honor of being one of five individuals that have been inducted into The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils Estate Planning Hall of Fame for the year 2015. He has also been awarded the Accredited Estate Planner (distinguished) designation in recognition of his distinguished service in the field of estate planning. Mr. Mulligan currently serves as co-chair of the organization's Estate Planning & Probate Department. “Mike is a principal originator of the estate planning strategy of sale to defective trust for an installment note, which is now widely used by estate planners nationally.” Additionally Mr. Mulligan serves on the Editorial Boards “of Estate Planning Magazine and The Journal of Taxation, and he is also a member of the Advisory Board of Tax Management Estates, Gifts and Trusts Journal.” He is a recognized and well respected expert in his field and frequently gives lectures on tax and estate planning subjects and has spoken many different seminars and tax institutes across the Nation.
