Pennsylvania Officials Defy Marriage Law

Rings Recently, several officials in Pennsylvania have been defying the marriage law. Now, in Montgomery County a register of wills has been issuing marriage licenses to homosexual couples. Both instances occurred after the two Supreme Court rulings.

Special thanks to Brian Cohan (Attorney at Law, Law Offices of Brian J. Cohan, P.C.) for bringing this article to my attention.
