Pennsylvania Officials Defy Marriage Law
Recently, several officials in
Pennsylvania have been defying the marriage law. First, it was Attorney General
Kathleen Kane decided she was against Pennsylvania's ban on marriage for gay
couples. Now, in Montgomery County a register of wills has been issuing
marriage licenses to homosexual couples. Both instances occurred after the two
Supreme Court rulings.
