Online L.L.M. in Estate Planning at John Marshall Law School
In the Fall of 2012, The John Marshall Law School will launch a new online L.L.M. in Estate Planning. John Marshall already offers a L.L.M. program in employee benefits and the estate planning program will be the seventeenth online L.L.M. at any ABA accredited law school. There are only two other schools that offer an L.L.M. in estate planning – The University of Baltimore and University of Miami. Students will be able to set their own academic schedules and they must complete 24 credit hours to earn the degree. The curriculum will be designed to aid students in mastering both theoretical and practical aspects of estate planning. After the program, students should be practice-ready.
