Stetson College of Law is currently taking nominations and applications for the position of Borchard Distinguished Professorial Lecturer in Elder Law for the Spring 2012 semester.
This is a non-tenure track position and applicants should be nationally-recognized practitioners, academicians, or retired government officials (including members of the judiciary) with a significant background in and familiarity with elder law issues.
The lecturer would teach an elder-law related course, hold workshops for students in the elder law concentration, and mentor individual concentration students. The lecturer would also deliver a scholarly lecture on elder law that will be open to the law school community, and have that lecture published.
