Video on How to Tie and Seal a Will

Below is an instructional video available on YouTube explaining how to tie and seal a will. While tying and sealing a will does make it difficult for individuals to make improper page substitutions to the will, it also makes it difficult for court clerks to scan the will. Clerks may have to unceremoniously rip the pages out of the ribbon to scan the will, perhaps causing damage to the text of the will.
