Bidding For a Loved One’s Possessions

Article-1207770-061D7983000005DC-776_468x286 Family members often fight over a loved one’s personal possessions after the loved one’s death, but a website called eDivvyup allows family members and friends to use an auction platform to divide up a loved one’s personal possessions instead.

The auction is similar to that used on eBay, and each family member or friend has a predesignated number of points to bid. The service costs $49 to list 50 items and individuals may purchase additional listings.

Special thanks to Jim Hillhouse (WealthCounsel) for bringing this website to my attention.
