Recent Study Finds Many Americans Do Not Have a Will

Will According to a recent study conducted by Rocket Lawyer, only 39% of men and 47% of women have a will. The study found that more than 75% of Americans over the age of 65 have a will, while only 8% of Americans under the age of 35 have a will. Of the 1,001 individuals surveyed, over 50% did not have a legal will.
