Taxing Family Foundations to Lower Future Estate Tax Levels?

Undisclosed sources have indicated that Senators Kyl (R-Ariz.) and Lincoln (D-Ark.) are considering a "toll charge" on family foundations to pay for reinstating the estate tax in 2011 at levels lower than those in place in 2009.
