Haan on NAM v. SEC

Sarah Haan has an interesting post on Balkination about D.C. Circuit's rehearing of NAM v. SEC, the 2014 case in which the court threw out part of the SEC’s Conflict Minerals Rule on First Amendment grounds.  The post addresses the issue in the case:  Can the D.C.
