Ohio and New York Pension Plans Sue BP

Ohio and New York public pension plans have filed a complaint in federal court (W.D. La.) against BP PLC, alleging material misstatements in connection with its safety record.  The plans hope to be lead plaintiffs in a securities fraud class action.  WSJ, Pension Funds Hope to Lead BP Suit
