POGO Blogs on Loops in Derivatives Legislation

The Project on Government Oversight blog has a great post today exploring the initial testimony of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission and specifically the loopholes in the proposed regulation of derivatives.  Unfortunately, the FCIC's report is not due until year-end, at which point Congress may have already enacted legislation addressing the financial crisis.
