Paulson Wants Overhaul of Regulatory System
Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson wants to overhaul the regulatory system over capital markets and has set up a group to make recommendations by next year. Plans could include consolidation of bank regulators and adoption of best practices standards by hedge fund managers and investors to alleviate market risks.
