ISS Backs CME Bid for CBOT

The proxy advisory firm, Institutional Shareholders Services, recommends that shareholders of Chicago Board of Trade Holdings vote yes for the proposed merger with Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  The shareholders' meeting is July 9.
