Dow Jones and Murdoch Agree on Editorial Protections

The Dow Jones board and Rupert Murdoch have apparently reached agreement on a set of editorial protections for the Wall St. Journal.   Now it remains to be seen if there will be negotiations over the price and what the members of the Bancroft family will do.  See WSJ, Dow Jones, News Corp.
