Journal Announcement: Journal of Law, Property, and Society

The Association for Law, Property and Society (“ALPS”) has launched a new journal, the Journal of Law, Property, and Society (“JLPS”).  The first article is Joe Singer’s Titles of Nobility:  Poverty, Immigration, and Property in a Free and Democratic Society.  It is available here:
