It was extremely interesting for me to read the blog. Thanks for it. I like such topics and anything connected to them. I would like to read more soon. Can you please tell me interest only mortgage rate will be one that is a fixed rate? I have read downsides of interest only mortgages at http://www.interestonlymortgagerate.org/An-Interest-Only-Mortgage-Rate-Should-Be-Considered-Carefully.html What do you think about these downsides?
