Mortgage Rates at All-Time Low

Via the LA Times:

Mortgage rates tumbled to the lowest level in the history of Freddie Mac's weekly survey, with 30-year fixed-rate home loans being offered this week at an average 4.15%, down from last week's 4.32%.

Can you please tell me interest only mortgage rate will be one that is a fixed rate? I have read downsides of interest only mortgages at What do you think about these downsides?
