I'm delighted that Rose Villazor (SMU) will be visiting with us here at PropertyProf.  Rose is working on two very interesting articles, both of which will be presented at Law and Society in Berlin:  "Blood Quantum Laws: Racial Discrimination or Act of Self-Determination?"
