Two Blogs of Interest

I've recently started reading two blogs that might be of interest to property professors.  The first is the Commons Blog, which has as its theme market-based perspectives on protecting the environment.  Their posts on sprawl can be found here.  The second is the Eminent Domain Institute, a blog by an economics professor and a student at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs that generally takes a critical view of economic development takings.  They have some good pictures of the so-called blighted neighborhood that is the subject of a case currently pending before the Ohio Supreme Court.
