Paramount Shareholder Sues

In what is perhaps the most obvious lawsuit ever, a Paramount shareholder just sued Shari Redstone, National Amusements, et al Paramount Suit , arguing that the Paramount-Skydance merger is unfair to minority shareholders. It's at this point I should remind you that MFW was available to Paramount all those many months ago, but the way this deal was driven by Redstone, Paramount and Redstone burned the MFW defense early on. So, this will be in the courts for a while - or until it gets settled.
