Houston Doctor Sues Anderson Cooper, CNN, For Defamation Over Their Coverage Of Her Support For Hydroxychloroquine

Stella Immanuel, a physician in the Houston TX area, is suing Anderson Cooper and CNN for defamation, alleging that Mr. Cooper's reporting about her support for the drug hydroxychloroquine  (HCQ) was false, and injured her reputation. She also alleges that their characterization of her religious beliefs casts doubt on her ability to carry out her responsibilities as a physician. She is seeking $100,000,000 in damages.
