Charleston Law School Conference on Punitive Damages, Due Process, and Deterrence -- The Debate After Williams

On Friday, September 7, 2007, Charleston School of Law is hosting a conference entitled, "Punitive Damages, Due Process, and Deterrence: The Debate After Williams."
