Legal sector loses 1,500 jobs in April

What the job market for lawyers giveth, it also taketh away.  Though the legal sector added 1,200 jobs in March (now revised downward to 900), it lost 1.500 last month in April according to the latest job numbers released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  BNA Bloomberg reports that we are now at the lowest overall employment level for the legal job sector since August 2015.  You can read the full BLS report for April, 2016 here and BNA Bloomberg's coverage of same here.
