An interview with Fred Rooney - the "father" of law school incubators

An interview with Fred Rooney, the man some call the "father" of law school incubators, has been published in Volume 9 of the Law Review for the U. Mass. School of Law.  Mr. Rooney, who is currently serving as the Director of the International Justice Center at Touro Law Center, is credited with founding the first ever law school incubator at CUNY School of Law.  In the interview with a member of the UMass law review, Mr. Rooney talks about how he started the CUNY clinic, the work he's done helping other schools launch incubators and how to raise funding for them.  The interview is available at 9 UMass L. Rev. 108 (2014) and you can also find it on SSRN here

There is also find a video interview with Mr. Rooney here as well as a very nice profile published last year in the ABA Legal Rebels column.

Cheers!
