Clark Charged By DC Disciplinary Counsel

The District of Columbia Disciplinary Counsel has filed a complaint alleging that Jeffrey Bossart Clark violated DC Rules 8.4(c) and (d) in his efforts to overturn the clear results of the 2020 Presidential election.

It is deeply gratifying to see my former office taking this on. Hopefully, a precedent will be established that reinforces that lawyers are ethically obligated to uphold - rather than seek to destroy - the rule of law.
