While I was looking into the background of the preceding post, I stumbled across the fact that the Vermont Professional Conduct Board has a first-rate transparent web page. 

Any disciplinary system that provides easy access to bar charges, pleadings, orders and decisions takes its place in the forefront of those few public-friendly jurisdictions that do more than pay lip service to its obligation to ensure that bar processes exist to protect and inform the public and the profession.
