It's time for the monthly round-up of land use law articles posted to the SSRN Property, Land Use & Real Estate Law eJournal in October. As usual, articles are listed here in reverse-order of their posting to the eJournal, which means the list is ordered so that those posting later in the month are on top. The order here is not related to downloads.
Also, I have divided the articles into two lists: those written by U.S. scholars and those written by international scholars. I used the institutions as my guide; if I put an article on the wrong list, let me know and I'll fix it. I also am not including articles written a long time ago and just now posted to the list, as the goal of this post is to prioritize what is new in scholarship.
