Loyola Debate on the Ministerial Exception and Hosanna-Tabor

On Monday, February 13, Rick Garnett (Notre Dame) and our own Paul Secunda will debate the recent Hosanna-Tabor decision and the ministerial exception at Loyola University Chicago Law School as part of its Law and Religion program.
