The Supreme Court's Employment Discrimination Docket

Supreme Court The Washington Post recently reported on the large number of employment discrimination cases that the Supreme Court has decided recently, noting also the cases on tap for this year:  Staub v. Proctor Hospital, Kasten v. Saint-Gobain, and Thompson v. North American Stainless.  The article discusses how the Court has actually been relatively pro-employee in retaliation cases, quoting among others, Eric Schnapper (U. Washington), who noted that he's been able to argue several such cases before the Court in part because the claim is present in numerous federal acts.
