How Not to RIF

Red Call a mass meeting.  Then, send everyone a color-coded message on their cell phone telling them whether their job is safe, whether they are "at risk", or whether they need to re-apply for their existing jobs.

That's how EverythingEverywhere, the mobile phone company created by the merger of Orange and T-Mobile, told its employees last month about their job status.
