Word is that the stars of MTV's hit show, Jersey Shore, may be on strike (this is the first, and hopefully only, time I've ever linked to TMZ). The motive, as usual, is money and the failure of the parties to come to terms on the new contract. I, for one, am hoping for a really long, drawn-out strike.

Jeff, I may lose some Labor street cred for wishing this, but I'd say a plant closing is the better option.
