IRS Sacks NFL

The New York Daily News, via Frank Steinberg's New Jersey Employment Law Blog, reports that the IRS has ruled that the NFL's drug-testing urine-sample collectors are employees, not independent contractors.  The decision could cost the NFL tens of millions of dollars in back pay and benefits.
