UNLV Conference on Federal Arbitration Act

Thanks to Paul for blogging solo for the last few days while I attended UNLV's conference on whether the FAA should be amended.   A large proportion of the conference focused on the FAA's application to employees and consumers.   Jean Sternlight, Ray Patterson, and Peter Reilly (photos above) did a masterful job of putting the program together and running ti smoothly.
