Are Worktime Visits to Sex-Related Chat Rooms Protected by the ADA?

Hopperchatsmall_1 One employee seems to think so.  David Fish at Litigation Blog reports that an IBM employee, fired after he was caught red-handed in a sexually explicit chat room, argued that he suffers from post traumatic stress disorder (from Vietnam) and that he self-medicates in Internet chat rooms.  IBM has moved for summary judgment.
