DOL Issues Employment Law Guide

The Department of Labor has issued a newly-revised edition of its Employment Law Guide.  The Guide describes in plain language the major employment laws and regulations enforced by DOL, and is intended to assist employers in developing wage, benefit, safety and health, and nondiscrimination policies for their businesses.  You can download the entire document in English or in Spanish, or you can access particular parts of the Guide here.
