Grants for Research in Negotiation and Conflict Management

Indisputably, the blog for Dispute Resolution Professors, shared news that the Negotiation and Team Resources Organization has announced a grants program to promote the cross-fertilization of research, teaching, and expertise in the area of negotiation and conflict management.  The application deadline is April 20, 2020.  Grants will be awarded by June 15, 2020.

Websites We Like: The Refugee Law Reader

The Refugee Law Reader is "a comprehensive on-line model curriculum for the study of the complex and rapidly evolving field of international asylum and refugee law."  It's a great resource, with materials to learn about the international framework for refugee protection as well as special regional law resources for Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

A Blog on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

FCPA Mike Koehler is an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Butler University in Indiana.  He has a blog devoted to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  If you teach about the FCPA or if you're a practitioner in the field, you'll want to subscribe to that blog to keep up with all of the latest developments.  He does a good job with it and you will find some great teaching notes and resources for your students.  Click here to visit the FCPA Professor Blog.
