Sixth Annual Comparative Law Works in Progress Workshop
On February 11-12, 2011, Yale Law School will host the Sixth Annual Comparative Law Works in Progress Workshop. The workshop is being co-sponsored by the American Society of Comparative Law, Yale Law School, University of Illinois College of Law, and Princeton University, Program of Law and Public Affairs. The sponsors intend for the workshop to provide a forum for scholars to explore comparative law works in progress in a more serious and thorough manner than is usually available at most conferences. Up to six papers will be accepted for presentation and discussion at the workshop. The participants at the workshop will consist of the authors, one commentator on each paper, faculty members of the host institution, and others interested in attending. The papers will be distributed and should be read before the workshop. Time at the workshop will be used for critique and discussion. Interested authors should submit papers electronically to Jim Whitman at Yale by November 1, 2010.
