University of Lucerne Celebrates its 10th Anniversary Today

I have the honor of being a faculty member not only at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, but also at the University of Lucerne Faculty of Law in Switzerland.  They are celebrating today their 10th anniversary.  If you are in Switzerland, a public program marking the event is being held in the Union Building.  I am here teaching two courses: (1) International Litigation and (2) Health and Human Rights.  I am happy to be here on this special anniversary and congratulate all of my colleagues here in Switzerland.
