The President of Palau has a New Official Blog

Palau Palau BaiJohnson Toribiong, President of the Republic of Palau, has a new blog on which he will post executive orders, news, and various announcements.  The links and information may prove especially useful to those researching Palauan law, but the comments left by Palauan citizens and others on various topics posted are also of interest.  Here is a link to the Belau Blog, the Official Blog of the President of the Republic of Palau.  As a former clerkfor the Supreme Court of the Republic of Palau, it is nice to see new resources like this that are accessible throughout the world.

I am trying to contact President Toribiong. We met at the World Ocean Forum in Busan, South Korea in November 2009. I will be in Guam on business from September 13th - 17th and then plan a side trip to dive in Palau from 09/17 - 09/22. I will be staying at the Hyatt in Tumon Bay, Guam and have meeting with the Navy there. When we talked in South Korea, President Toribiong expressed an interest in the type of technology that we have developed at the Natural Energy Laborabory of Hawaii Authority (NELHA). If possible, I would like to meet with him while I am in Palau to discuss the possibility of developing some of these deep ocean technologies for Palau.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Jan C. War, Operations Manage @ NELHA (808-217-0329)/ [email protected]

Unfortunately the Presidential Blog seems not to have been updated in the past year. Perhaps I'm looking at the wrong page, but if someone knows something about it please share your knowledge with a comment here.
