A federal magistrate judge has rejected arguments of the Trump administration in case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.  Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes ruled yesterday that there is no evidence that Abrego Garcia is a dangerous gang member.  While he may be eligible for bail on the criminal charges, Abrego Garcia may be subject to immigrant detention.
