Thank for sharing this mention of our symposium issue. I recommend the issue to those of you studying immigration and dissent. Other pieces in the issue are by Claire Thomas, Alina Das, and David Cole. 100 Years since the 1919 and 1920 raids and yet too many foreign nationals remain vulnerable to selective arrest and prosecution for dissent.
