COVID-19 Impact on Immigrant Families in the Education System

From the Santa Clara County Office of Immigrant Relations:

The Office of Immigrant Relations would like to invite you to the New American Fellowship’s final presentation, “Immigrant Solutions: Impact of COVID-19 on Families in the Educational Systems.”  Thursday, August 12, 2021, 9:30 AM - 12 Noon (California time)

The New American Fellowship has been a premiere program in Santa Clara County for the past 5 years. It reflects SCC’s commitment to the immigrant community and elevates community voice by developing recommendations for how the County can improve our services, resources and communication with the immigrant community. We know that this has been an incredible year and a half.  And that our community is strong, resilient and innovative. Therefore, Fellows focused their effort in conducting community based research to take inventory of community led solutions and strategies.

We sincerely hope you will join us as we learn from the nine fellows about the ways that our immigrant community connected, uplifted and supported each other.
