Processing Delays in US Immigration Affecting Foreign Students’ Legal Status

The United States is not viewed as friendly to international students.  In the latest chapter to the story, Aline Barros for Voice of America notes the challenges to prospective international students "due to processing time delays in facilities overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)."
