Class action challenges DoD denials of military security clearance for naturalized soldiers

A fuller discusson of this issue can be found in Citizenship Denied published this summer in the Denver U. L. Rev. (2020) and Ending Citizenship for Service in the Forever Wars published in the Yale Law Journal Forum.
