Breaking News: DACA Lives Another Day: Supreme Court Vacates Rescission of DACA

The Supreme Court, in an opinion by Chief Justice Roberts,  decided the DACA rescission case today.  The decision to vacate DACA is vacated.  "For the reasons that follow, we conclude that the Acting Secretary did violate the [Administrative Procedure Act]," and the decision to rescind DACA "must be vacated."

Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, and Kagan joined the majority opinion in full. Justice Sotomayor joined most of the opinion.  More later.
