In January 2018, No More Deaths volunteer Scott Warren was arrested for and charged with felony harboring. What did he do? According to the federal government, he provided undocumented migrants with "food, water, clean clothes, and a place to sleep over three days."
Now the feds are looking to retry Warren. And, as lawyers do, they're swapping motions in limine in advance of trial. It's the government's motion that's worth a gander. Prosecutors want to bar Warren from mentioning President Trump or any of his immigration policies.
Good luck with that.
