Inaugural Issue of AILA Law Journal
Some good news! Legal publisher Fastcase and partner American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) today debuted the first edition of the biannual AILA Law Journal. This spring edition includes seven law review articles covering timely topics about the rapidly changing landscape of immigration by some of the country's leading experts, including pieces on the renunciation of U.S. citizenship, Central American asylum seekers, extraordinary ability adjudications, travel ban waivers, and more.
The AILA Law Journal, published under Fastcase's publishing arm Full Court Press, is now available for free to all AILA members via AILA's website as a member benefit. AILALink subscribers can also access the AILA Law Journal on the AILALink database. Outside of the complimentary digital subscription, AILA members can also access the AILA Law Journal by purchasing a print subscription for $49 a year, which includes up to three copies of each issue.
